I had a great stay here. We received a warm welcome, all the information we needed to find good local food and anything else we needed. The room was wonderful, excellent WiFi, peaceful, spacious, nice view and a chance to escape the regular hustle and bustle of Thamel (but not far to pop in if you need to!)
I was also able to teach my yoga classes easily on zoom. The room was immaculate, lovely touches with traditional decor, a shared kitchen and sitting room with large windows and a view. Every room with a plant or two - creating exactly the vibe I needed to work from when I wasn't out exploring! Highly recommended and will be back for sure!

The Perch is a beautiful boutique hotel. We had an amazing stay. The rooms are comfortable and newly remodeled and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood. It is just off of a main road so away from the hustle and bustle of Katmandu but only a 10-15 min walk to the main attractions. The owners are on site and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We plan on booking again on our next visit.

The landlord is very good, like friends, the room is very clean, my colleagues and I are very satisfied, next time we will choose it.

A wonderful place to stay, the rooms are so tastefully decorated with many personal touches and all mod cons! Lovely quality bedlinen! A gorgeous glass atrium for relaxing with lovely views after a great day shopping and sightseeing nearby. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a gem! Prerana was also delightful and very helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay in Room 2. It was absolutely clean with everything we needed and more! Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we appreciated the Smart TV in the Room. We walked around the area late at night and it is very safe. I would recommend all my Family and Friends to stay at the Perch during their visit to Kathmandu. We had the best sleep in a long time as the Bed, Pillows and the Quilt are heavenly! Thank you Prerana for your suggestions and hospitality. We hope to come back!
