The Perch at Naxal a charming 4-bedroom home nestled in a relatively quiet neighborhood surrounded by good restaurants, international hotels, and Heritage sites. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this warm and well-appointed home provides you with a comfortable and memorable stay. We also offer a fully furnished common kitchenette to give guests an option of light cooking, a cozy dining lounge, and most importantly a home experience.

Nice view and a chance to escape the regular hustle and bustle of Thamel
I had a great stay here. We received a warm welcome, all the information we needed to find good local food and anything else we needed. The room was wonderful, excellent WiFi, peaceful, spacious, nice view and a chance to escape the regular hustle and bustle of Thamel (but not far to pop in if you need to!)I was also able to teach my yoga classes easily on zoom.... The Perch is a beautiful boutique hotel. We had an amazing stay. The rooms are comfortable and newly remodeled and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood. It is just off of a main road so away from the hustle and bustle of Katmandu but only a 10-15 min walk to the main attractions.
